Patio door barely slides open. Dish washing machine and stove are ancient and hardly working. If those could be upgraded, then this apartment would get maybe 5 stars from me. Really like the color scheme inside the apartment. Good size. Friendly staff. I feel comfortable here. Noise is so-so. My upstairs neighbors kids are stomping away for part of the night but not every night.
