I'm renewing my lease even after miscellaneous discrepancies during move in. I don't necessarily agree with cost per property location as wooded view is also in close proximity of dog park which causes unfavorable aroma. Aside from regularly barking dogs & limited parking, that's extent of my dislikes. I absolutely appreciate maintenance beyond words. Office staff often changes however Renee, when present, is very solutions driven. Alondra isn't most approachable but during summer we had a positive interaction at pool so she is seemingly more cordial. I feel safe walking trail or around the property & plenty residents are out regularly. Newly enforcement of parking registration hasn't afforded more parking but I can normally secure a spot not horribly far from my building. I am trying to give true experience however I am still renewing as the good outweighs the not so.

Maintenance has proven that they are all talk and no action. I have waited on a specific repair for several months now on something the office initially did. They tore out a wall and never completed as they promised.
