Uptown Flats

Fantasic price, great location, plenty of space. the neighbors can be a bit loud but nothing you would not expect living in an apartment complex. I have lived here for about 7 years and i dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

People who live here, especially Apt# 303, the apt where a woman Over-Dosed last summer, have given ALL THEIR DRUG ADICTED FRIENDS the code to the front door. I had a CLOSE ENCOUNTER last night, in the Lobby. He was SO HIGH & DRUNK, that he had 2 BUCKETS of KFC & I couldn't smell the Chicken for the way HE SMELLED!!! He was trying to talk to me & wanted to pet Ladee, my Dog, OF COURSE I was pulling Ladee away from him because Ladee was trying to smell him & I didn't want her near him. Ladee is a very sweet Dog & she likes to lick hands. I am trying to break her from that. I pulled her away, because there was no telling what was on them! And I didn't want her near him!!! He asked me if he could pet her, I said NO!!! He asked would she bite him & I said she has teeth. He was PITIABLE! Next there's a Pitbull named Sheba that tries to attack my Dog, Ladee EVERY TIME we run in to each other!!! In the contract it makes it clear NO PITBULL, among other dogs!!! I'm not sure if Kelly knows about this dog or not. She's been at Skyliner, mainly since it's been open. I hear there are oodles of problems up there. Tammy, our Asst Mgr knows all about the dog & if the ONE camera, in this building is working, an attempted attack, with Sheba & her owner should be on there!!! My dog is 13 yrs. old but will try & fight back if I didn't pull her away. Ladee is not sure if Sheba is gunning for me or her. Sheba was a pup when they moved in. She was a sweet little pup that tried to make friends with Ladee & lay down in front of her as she submissive. Ladee didn't mind Sheba at all. We were in the office & Ladee loves to go in the office every morning to say Hello to Kelly & Tammy, when we come in from her morning walk. She's very happy to see them. But apt 316, I think needs to let Sheba GO!!! What if she bites someone? What about a Kid?! Can you say LAWSUIT. There are a lot of this NOT GOING ON HERE TOO, like MAINTANCE!!!
