Haven Apartments

Since day one, with all of my back-to-back calls- ( I was relocating from another state ) the staff worked with me to get me into a place asap. Any issues with the apartment, maintenance was there within a few hours.

The gym isnt open which is annoying. However, i love living here. Such an amazing community for kids. Respective neighbors. Maintenance team is outstanding they really fix everything and make sure its actually fixed.

Love the value and the location but again the valet trash never works, there is never parking, I’ve had a nail in my tire almost every month, And it sounds like fast and furious outside our apartment. Also they were supposed to be a 24 hour fitness center That never came into fruition.

This place is the worst place I’ve lived at in Nashville. Car Alarms go off constantly, people drag race in the neighborhood every night. I can hear my neighbors turn on their water faucet, and can feel them walking around in their apartment, as well as smell everything they can cook and smoke as if they had done so in my unit. I’ve put in multiple requests for pest control to come and take care of a brown recluse infestation and they’ve done nothing. I ended up having to call a pest control company myself to get the problem fixed. The complex is not lit at night. You can only use the fitness center during office hours. Definitely do not recommend anyone living here.
