Its amazing not being cliche but foreal its great.

Love Canyon Ridge - on my 3rd year here.

I really appreciate Canyon Ridge. To name a few things they do great. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds very clean. Broken down vehicles are not allows. Maintenance for apt problems is handled immediately and the staff are nice as can be. The office staff is off the charts nice. They are always arranging cool things to do - like bringing in a cool Food Truck on Fridays. Or hosting parties in the club house. The residents are all respectful and quiet. There are no bad eggs here I have ever met or seen. And lots of great dogs out for Skip to greet and play with. A+ place to live.
