Reviews summary
Ventana by the Lake is praised for its prime location on Old Hickory Lake, offering picturesque views and a serene environment. Many residents appreciate the quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and pet-friendly policy. The maintenance staff, particularly Marcus, receives high marks for responsiveness and friendliness. Recent reviews highlight positive experiences with office staff as well. The property offers amenities like a fishing dock, swimming pool, and pet-friendly spaces, appealing to a variety of renters.
However, some concerns are noted regarding the condition of the units, such as outdated interiors, old carpets, and plumbing issues. A few residents mentioned that promised renovations were not completed, leading to disappointment. Additionally, the gym's limited space and equipment are noted. Potential renters should be aware of occasional communication challenges with management, as reported in older reviews. Despite these issues, most feedback reflects a largely positive experience, especially for those who value the scenic lake views and community-focused atmosphere.
