Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.
