The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.
