Delbrook Manor Apartments

I do enjoy living in Delbrook. Nice Staff and Neighbors. In 2021 I payed $980 for a two bedroom apartment, now it's 1,355.00 not idea but okay. The apartments were built in the 70's which means the floors are very squeaky. One thing maintenance might want to consider between residents would be to re-screw down the plywood floor to the joists. This would eliminate any upstairs neighbor creaking noises. The one thing I wish Delbrook would change would be the 60-60 option fee. I recently got married and my wife and I are looking for a house and saving up for a downpayment. Sadly the 60-60 option for this year was $1,364+$50pet fee+$300 flexible fee = $1714 each month without the electric bill. We decided the extra $3600 flexibility fee for the 60-60 option to maybe find a house was not within our budget especially saving for a downpayment. This was the one thing I wish Delbrook should consider changing especially for younger people/couples trying to one day own a home. Overall besides the 60-60 option I believe that Delbrook is a decent place to live and the staff is trying to help out the residents. I appreciate the recent update emails especially during power outages/ water breaks. I had no idea and those emails let me know while I was at work. Thanks for your time whoever this might concern.

I love my apartment, only a couple of issues, my patio gets the afternoon sun and it is there until dusk and we are not alliwed to have a shade to help dhade the sun, unable to enjoy patio. The other issue is minor, traffic noise from the highway, otherwise the apartment is perfect for one person or two.
