I'd had my appliances replaced by refurbished appliances that are more broken than the previous appliances. The lighting in my apartment is dreadful as the living room has no lights at all but the tiny dining area does. For over $1300 a month that ends up being almost $1500 because of the idiotic pet fee it's not worth it at all to live here. Rent keeps being raised while the service gets worse. There's not even a snack shack at the pool anymore. Was great when they originally had slushy puppies. Also the landscapers you hire are almost useless. At one point it seemed you over-hired them and it caused the grass to be overcut into looking like a drought in California. I was thinking to myself "do I live in Pennsylvania or in Nevada" because it was that bad. They don't even seem to know much about landscaping considering they've ignored bushes that could have been made prettier if you just cut off dead limbs. It's what I had to do with the fern right beside my porch because the people you hire are absolutely useless. You'd save more money if you barely hired them as they usually only make your properties look worse instead of better. Next time just let the flowers grow instead of mowing so much they kick up dirt.
