Albany Commons is a Gated Luxury community w/ modern homes, The ground within the community are beautifully landscaped. This area doesn't come across just as a apartment complex, it is a Luxury Community. Some plans have attached garages w/openers. There are some detached garages within the Complex. Some of units are Cottage style tranches, w/ attached garage and covered patio/porch. Some units have raised ceiling/vaulted ceilings. 1-2 bedroom units with 1-2 bathrooms, ranch floorplans, some on main floor, some upstairs. Plenty of closet space. In unit washer and dryer available. Plenty of parking. Beautiful pool, workout facility & Party house. Walking path and Pet Friendly, with 2 Dog parks within the community. Excellent Management Team. Grounds & Unit Maintenance issue are handled in a fast and accurate manner. There is 24 hour Emergency Maintenance. The main attraction to me when I moved here I had looked complexes from Canal Winchester all the way to Dublin. OH, This was the only community that had attached 2 car garages, with floorplans that really gave the feel for a Ranch Style home with a ranch floor plan, no neighbor above, no neighbor below, and the one beside is located upstairs so there is very little noise in these apartments. The Privacy Gate at the front of the community is a fantastic touch both for the security of it and the elegance of the Privacy gate which normally communities do not have. I have loved living hear so much and consider it to be a great value with the feel of a home, that I have lived here many years, just like many other people have done.

The Staff here has been wonderful. PLEASANT AND HELPFUL Maintenance also. Efficient, professional always. I have lived here since 2011 and there have been many personnel changes. All good though. Some of them I actually miss but their replacements always quality people
