I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex has handled my maintenance request. I have been without a properly functioning air conditioner for over a month, despite reporting the issue multiple times. I have gone to the leasing office in person on several occasions, but instead of receiving answers or a resolution, I have been met with poor communication. The office staff has refused to connect me with the property manager, and no one has taken responsibility or provided a clear timeline for the repair. I have always paid my rent on time and expect the same level of responsibility from management when it comes to maintaining the property. Ohio law requires landlords to address essential maintenance issues within a reasonable time after receiving notice, and waiting more than a month for an air conditioning repair is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. I hope management improves its communication, accountability, and responsiveness so that other residents do not have to go through the same situation.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I’ve had an issue every single quarter that I’ve been here. It’s not just the maintenance team. It’s not just management. It’s every single level of this apartment complex.

I have been waiting on a handicap parking space for 6 months. My lawn is overgrown and no one can tell me when lawn care is scheduled so I can enjoy my backyard. The floors in my apartment had glue on them when I moved in back in Jan. No one has ever come to address even though I have had multiple conversations w/ Jordan and other staff. I've given up on that issue. Removing the rusty toilet paper holder took multiple requests to get it done. I also asked about a garage at move in, I was told the garages are "under audit".
