This would be our first time living in an apartment together. We have a first floor unit with attached garage. The upstairs neighbors with their two big dogs make a lot of noise and ruckus. The front office girls are a little rude, just not that warm and friendly and they don't normally know the answer to any questions you ask. Whenever there is a problem and we need maintenance, the guys are super friendly and help you out however they can. However, whoever takes care of the outside maintenance does not come around very often, there's weeds growing for a while. Not to mention all the dog poop and trash around. This is because of residents who don't care to pick up their own dogs poop and don't care to make all their trash into the dumpsters. The pool is nice, but under construction at moment. The gym is also very nice. The parking is a joke. There's not enough space for visitors to park. They have to park outside the apartments and walk into apartments, pretty far for my mom to get to our apartment.
