I'll start out by saying I absolutely love my apartment. It's spacious, lots of natural light, I love the fireplace and gas stove... I didn't even mind the high monthly rent I was paying. However, dealing with the staff has made this past year a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn't recommend this complex to anybody. From the first day I got my keys I've had problems - the apartment wasn't clean on move in day when I received the keys, they had to send the cleaning people back twice (probably should have been 3 times) and they left my doors unlocked both times even though my garage was full of my belongings, and I asked them to make sure it was locked. The handrail on my stairs broke due to no support and it took them 7.5 months to fix it. Maintenance said it was the office, the office blamed maintenance... Every time I've made an appointment with maintenance, they have not showed up nor called, sometimes multiple times for the same request. The office is next to impossible to reach, so calling them was no help when maintenance didn't show. I spoke to the leasing agent on multiple occasions, voicing my frustration, asking to speak to Ivy the manager and I was never contacted by her once. There is no guest parking nor street parking around the complex, they will tow any car parked here without a permit. My now husband parked outside to bring somethings up to my apartment and he was towed within 10 minutes while helping me inside. They close maintenance requests their staff doesn't know how to fix and then ignore the problem altogether. The grounds aren't kept up like they claim in the lease documents, there is dog poop everywhere and overfilled trash cans. I don't even allow my kids to play in the grass because of the amount of dog poop in there. If it wasn't for the parking situation, and the staff with their lack of communication and concern, this would be a great place to live, the location is great, and the apartment is spacious.
