My overall experience living here has been below average. For a community that markets itself as “luxury living,” it falls far short of expectations. The walls are extremely thin. I can hear neighbors clearly, along with every footstep in the hallway, above me, and besides me. On top of that, a neighbor’s dog defecated in the hallway and it took an unreasonably long time for it to be cleaned up. The parking lot has had multiple break-ins, which raises serious concerns about safety. Fire alarms have gone off without any prior notice due to maintenance testing, adding to the disruption. To make matters worse, landscaping crews begin using loud leaf blowers as early as 5:30 AM on Thursdays?? A practice that seems inconsiderate and possibly against residential noise ordinances. Unfortunately, the staff has not been welcoming or proactive in addressing these ongoing issues or creating a comfortable living environment. Due to all of this, I will not be renewing my lease.
