If you want peace and quiet this is the property.

I have been living here 7 months. It is a nice property, very quiet, and extremely convenient to groceries stores. The area is nice. The front office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff is very swift and outstanding.

Best apartment complex in LV

Staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance services are fast to respond. Complex is well maintained and secured. Walking distance to strip malls and a 15 min drive to the airport.

Great Place to live

I really like it here. I moved from Summerlin a few years ago and find that it's much more affordable for what you get. The amenities are really nice, and the property is very well-kept. It's rare to see dog poop outside of the dog park. If you have dogs, they have two parks, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs, and both are great sizes. I'd say it's pretty quiet, depending on where you live in the complex. I live off of Maryland Pkwy, so the street noise can be a little loud, but it doesn't bother me. The staff is friendly, and I like that they have food trucks come around and do things to celebrate National Food Days.
