Moved into painted over dirt, hair, food, water damage and mold (trying to hide it?), even painted over appliances, mirrors, windows, and bathtub... Buckling floors, cracks keep appearing in the walls... This place is falling apart. Many years of "Band-Aid fixes" instead of proper construction/maintenance.. The staff are nice and do what they can, but it will take months to get a response to maintenance requests. Just be prepared for all the work and cleaning you'll have to do when moving in and all the DIY fixes as random things keep falling apart.

Its conducive to study, live, and sleep in an ample space unit. Maintenance and staff are really cooperative and easy to deal with. There is an open channel of communication and the end in mind. This is a perfect place for us.
