Noisier than I initially thought. Lots of street traffic noise. Lots of noise from people running up and down the stairs. Security gates seem to be unsecured way too much and the pool seems to be closed way too much. But the overall property is well maintained. The layout of my unit is not the best, but I guess you really do have to choose wisely and not just accept what’s currently available. I enjoy living here as it’s very convenient for most of mt needs.

Moving to Nevada from California, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to call home than Arista Apartments. The living experience here is nothing short of exceptional. Me & my spouse enjoyed our time here ! Everything was just right for us here. Front office staff always came to our aid when we needed something even if it was just a silly question. We really don’t have anything negative to say only thing would be pet owners not cleaning up after their pets! This doesn’t fall on the staff here but the fellow pet owners not being responsible.
