Please contact our leasing office for more information about our Pet Policy. At Union 505, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. We welcome dogs and cats. For each pet- with a maximum of two- there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and pet rent of $35 per month.

Maintenance

Water is leaking in the restroom and it's coming into the walk in closet somehow. Water is always being turned off due to leaks And overflowing

Honestly

The water gets shut off at least once a week, if not more than that. People are always playing loud music at the car wash. Dog poop everywhere. Prices go up every year, but we still have the same old appliances. It is wonderful!

Review

Overall it's really nice here. The parking requirements are a little over the top and they have a tow company that will boot your car if you're even a tiny bit out of place with parking. The neighbors tend to be loud in the parking lot in the middle of the night sometimes. Even after the patrol security comes, they go right back to being loud sometimes.
