Real nice and hopefully I will like my stay here

Renewed my lease

Made the decision to renew my lease. Decent price and convenient location. My unit is really nice and up-to-date on everything. Staff is very supportive and friendly, however, it sometimes takes a while to get in touch with them as I can't really meet with them in person. Maintenance is very responsive and addresses issues in a timely manner. Landscape is very upkept and pretty, and there's a really nice walking trail and park nearby. Valet trash amenity is alright, although they don't come over the weekend. Nice pool, new gym, and community area. The main area of improvement could be parking spaces. Overall, I rate Odyssey 7/10.
