For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $60,900*.
To qualify for a 60% Area Medium Income Apartment

Ive been a resident of Bayshore Village for
7 years and have been quite happy living here.
I am not at all happy with the parking situation,
especially during late autumn through mid-spring.
Having to park way in the back of the parking lot
and not being able to enter any other entrance but the main entrance is quite difficult, especially during inclement weather! Additionally, the Office Manager leaves MUCH to be desired! She does NOT know how to communicate with others positively.
