For more than six months, the living conditions at this property have been completely unacceptable. Since mid-May, an industrial-size diesel generator has been running around the clock—twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week—blanketing the building in constant toxic fumes and noise levels that clearly exceed what is legally permitted. The noise is relentless, the air reeks of diesel, and the impact on daily life is impossible to ignore.
What makes this situation far worse is the behavior of property management. They have been consistently uncommunicative, dismissive, and in several cases outright dishonest. They have provided conflicting explanations, inaccurate timelines, and misleading information not only to tenants but also to city officials. At every step, it has been obvious that their priority is protecting themselves financially, not ensuring the safety, health, or basic well-being of the people who actually live here.
Residents pay a premium to live in this building, yet we’ve been subjected to industrial-site conditions with no meaningful updates, no transparency, and no urgency from management. Calls and emails go unanswered or are met with vague, scripted responses that lead nowhere. Months later, the generator still roars, the fumes still seep into our units, and management still refuses to take accountability.
It’s hard to express how unacceptable this has become. The disregard shown toward tenants borders on negligence. Anyone considering moving here should think very carefully. A building is only as good as the people responsible for running it, and in this case, management has shown a complete lack of integrity, responsibility, and respect for the residents who trust them. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
