The Enclave

I've been here 3 years. Love my apartment. It basically noise proof. modern, and has great appliances and filled with light. Building residents and staff very friendly. ALOT of dogs, so my pup is in heaven. Also the building and dog walking service do a lot of dog-related events. Maintenance response if off-the-charts great! Big drawbacks: It's very expensive and the rent increases are not at all predictable. Each year they differ in renewal lengths offered and percentage increases-- differing with with every apartment. You just have to wait and hold your breath at the end of your lease. And there is NEVER enough visitor parking (maybe 10 spaces for the whole building-- and there is usually no street parking. It's so bad, my friends/family hesitate to come visit--which is a big drawback when you're paying this level of rent. It's the biggest reason I would consider moving. Also, there is no shuttle service on the weekend, so if you don't have car prepare to UBER to mass transit.

I've moved with my family as soon as the building (The Enclave) was up for lease. Since we've called our 2/2 home, with plenty of memories built across its many amenities across all seasons. The area has come a looong way too, making possible a life with or without a care. Kids have a safe place to roam around too.
