Riverview Towers

Really noisy from surrounding constructions as well as the heaters inside the apartment. You don't have control over the heat and they turn it up so much (like constantly 90+ and sometimes over 100 Fahrenheit) I often feel like I am in an oven and need to crack the door open for extra ventilation. Other than these it's fine for what it is. Unfortunately those are deal breakers if you can't have a good night of sleep.

This apartment location is nice. The leasing experience wasn't too pleasant. The leasing representative wasn't too good at communicating. Before signing up for the apartment, the agent said it would take 48 hours to finalize. However, it took almost 3 weeks to finally move in. It was a holiday season, however it shouldn't take 3 weeks when she initially said it will take 48 hours. The apartment leasing process had more steps than what the leasing agent first described. The apartment bathtub drain is clogged, and shower is either really hot or really cold. During the rain, the window had leakage.
