Biggest regret I’ve ever made was moving here. Don’t be disillusioned by the word “luxury” touted everywhere in their promotional materials. In reality, they have no clue what real luxury is. The building is run by a team that act like ‘The Plastics’ clique from the movie Mean Girls. They hide behind their Chat GPT generated emails with no real leadership, problem solving or social skills — nor the expertise to back up their empty words and policies. The relatively new building is already failing apart due to sloppy/cheap construction, lack of adequate upkeep and tenants who don’t know how to take care of nice things (like properly discarding trash and not simply leaving common areas trashier than you found them). Management, if you can call them that, loooooves to gaslight. Just read their responses to other tenants across review platforms. They say their door is always open to chat, though there’s only so many times you can chat with individuals who are committed to maneuvering through life how they are comfortable doing so, regardless of how disfunctional that may be. They lack the ability to self-reflect and take accountability. They are paid to waste your time. Don’t fall for this trap. Look elsewhere for a place to call home cause this isn’t anything more than a glorified college dormitory.
