No pets over sixty (60) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $175.00 plus a non-refundable $100.00–$150.00 pet fee per pet. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit. There are breed restrictions against Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, any mix thereof, or any other recognized vicious breeds of dogs. All pet animals must be currently vaccinated and licensed according to local city ordinances.
