The Links at Thorndale

Title: Good Overall Experience Overall, my experience living here has been positive. The location is convenient, and I appreciate that cable, internet, and gas are included, which adds value to the rent. The community is generally quiet, and while there have been occasional instances of loud music, it has not been a major issue. The property itself is well laid out, and I like the flooring throughout the main living areas. The apartment has been comfortable overall. One area that could use improvement is maintenance. There have been a few issues that I believe should have been addressed with greater attention to detail, such as an HVAC filter that was installed backwards and shower heads that could use replacement. Considering the monthly rent, I think there is room to improve the overall maintenance experience. I did receive a lease violation notice regarding noise early in my residency. Although I did not agree with every aspect of the complaint, I respected the notice and made adjustments to ensure I remained in compliance. Since then, I have made every effort to be a considerate neighbor. Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the location and the included utilities. With continued improvements to maintenance and attention to detail, I believe this community can provide an even better living experience.

We have only been here since the 8th and are still getting settled in. The apartment itself seems good so far. We just installed our washer and dryer and are working through a small setup issue. Overall, the experience has been fine so far, and we’re hopeful things continue smoothly.

It's a fairly well-maintained complex. There is a main road behind a patch of trees, so you will hear traffic, but it isn't too intrusive. The location is in town without being -- in-- town, which is nice, and stores and gas stations aren't far. The staff is nice, though not always available during office hours. The property manager does provide regular updates. Neighbors are hit or miss. Sometimes you get good neighbors who are respectful, and sometimes you get noisy neighbors who seem to delight in stomping on the stairs in the echoey stairwell. But that can happen anywhere. All in all, it's decent for the price and location.
