MAA Duke Forest

I have loved living in this community. The neighbors are delightful and the location is great. But there are a few things that come up time and time again that irk me to no end that could be very easily fixed. First, the parking. There are simply not enough visitor spots in this complex. I would suggest making the entire back row (to the grass median) behind building 900 visitor spots. Those spots are never full, and when we host dinner parties, it is always a hassle to find room for everyone. Also, the spots directly in front of the leasing office are almost never full, I would highly recommend making those visitor spots as well. When you are hospitable to my friends, you are being hospitable to me. I've even convinced a friend to move into this community after visiting, so it is worth it to be hospitable to visitors! Also, the first treadmill when you walk into the gym almost never works. It constantly throws error messages and makes it hard to get a workout in. I would think after that big gym reno you would have fixed that, and I'm disappointed that it was not addressed in the reno. Please replace that treadmill. Those two fixes would make me so happy!
