I cannot believe this place has no pantry for food and no bathroom closet. I have never lived anywhere without a bathroom closet or a kitchen pantry. Navigating this space feels absurd, especially coming from a place that had no cabinets but did have a huge pantry and at least a small bathroom closet. I do appreciate the quiet and the large bathtub, but the tub itself never feels clean no matter what I use. The plastic material seems to hold onto grime in a way that cleaning products can’t fix.
What makes this worse is that the sauna does not work, and I feel completely duped. I paid a 300 administration fee just to apply, waited several months to move into this apartment, and during that entire time I was not allowed to see any unit in person. I could only be told verbally what to expect, which turned out to be very different from reality. The website presents one thing, but what you get feels like a bait and switch.
Moving from my previous place to this one was a mistake for the price point I’m paying and the amount of space I’m getting. The amenities were a major reason I believed the rent was justified, yet none of them, including the sauna, are working. After talking with other tenants, it sounds like they have not worked for a very long time.
On top of that, there are what appear to be homemade walking paths throughout the property that cut through and damage the grass. I was told a different explanation for why the path wraps around the back of my apartment, which only adds to the sense that things here are poorly thought out and misrepresented.
What’s really disappointing is that I did not get to see anything clearly until four days before moving in, which I’ve since learned is common practice here. Had I been able to see the unit and amenities in live, real conditions earlier, I would never have chosen this place. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
