Let me first give a big shout out to the amazing staff at the front office. Than you!! I have only lived here a year, but that year was everything that I could've wished for in a leased loft complex. The only thing that would make this place absolutely perfect is to place trackers on the facility carts. I can never find one when I need one. Strange how that works.

Nice building with character. However it's loud. Truck traffic from University is 5am to 9pm most days. Despite being a sturdy brick building the interior walls between units are uninsulated drywall. I can hear my neighbors conversations, vacuuming, and television shows as if they were in my own apartment. Staff if generally friendly and reasonable. Maintenance guy is responsive and competent. Parking is overpriced - especially for the back lot which seems to offer no benefits over the free street parking. It's just as much as risk of break-ins etc. Other amenities are OK. Good workout rooms. Pool deck is a little bland no hammocks, purgolas, etc. Neighborhood is developing. but really nothing is walkable except Raymond village, a local park, and maybe a brewery or two. It's a close drive to anywhere in Minneapolis or St. Paul.
