Staff was good. Didn’t like the building. Don’t live here unless you’re on the top floor. Actually, just don’t live here. During phone calls, my upstairs neighbor slammed something heavy against their floor. Footsteps from above were so loud that I feared my ceiling would break. I couldn’t take a step or brush my teeth without the neighbor below me pummeling their ceiling. Conversations tore through walls. I didn’t sleep a day without my Loop earplugs under my noise canceling headphones with white noise playing at 70% volume, and even then, I had to refrain from screaming when my floor vibrated. I gave myself plantar fasciitis trying to walk as quietly as possible during my first month of staying here. This kind of apartment complex should be banned.

My car was broken into while it was parked in a secured, gated lot attached to the building that I pay $195 each month for. The property management team has been "third rate" at best! They refuse to release any camera footage of the event, which means they don't have the footage. Beztak contracts with a 3rd party security company from 7pm -5am to sit at the front desk, however they don't provide a monitor for the security attendant to watch the cameras, which should be included in the job description for security. If not, then WHY have cameras?! Just for looks?!?! There are MANY issues with this building, this is just ONE! Stay far away from leasing here.

The building is spotless, and the staff is amazing. However the parking options are pricey and even the slightly cheaper options are not convenient at all. The walls are very thin so you're hearing your neighbors and they are hearing you. Wish with all the effort the put into the building they could have sound proofed better. In all, great location, great amenities.

I have lived at WWW since September of 2024. Mickey and Team have made this the most stress-free transition I have experienced. Mickey is the utmost professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Even the maintenance staff are so kind and willing to help. Amenities- Movie theatre, Resident Terrace and Community Room, Floating Office Space on every Floor, Gym with infra red saunas (Men and women are separate :) skyline view of Detroit, upgraded and well maintained appliances. This apartment is a literal dream. The location is perfect. I am a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of Downtown. I walk there often and feel extremely safe in doing so. There is an abundance of food, coffee and entertainment walking distance of WWW. Honorable mention to the ethics of the construction of this building, it bleeds Detroit. From the Detroit selected artists showcased throughout the building, to the Detroit contractors that were hand-selected to build this community. I feel such pride of the city living here. Thank you WWW for having me, it is a privilege to call this my home.
