For the cost of these apartments, one would think they would at least do some updates. Instead, updates are made in the clubhouse, so when potential renters arrive, they will think, 'Oh yeah, this is amazing.'

These apartments need serious updates; the noise level is ridiculous. What amenity? Let's not forget the lack of communication regarding who the property manager is. You only find out who the assistant message is via email to the property regarding an issue, no formal announcement was made.
