This community has some positive qualities, including a good location and generally friendly neighbors. However, the property has been showing its age, and there appears to be a lack of consistent maintenance and cosmetic upkeep throughout the complex. One of the biggest concerns is the trash disposal area. The community relies on a large trash compactor that is frequently out of service, and many residents leave garbage outside instead of placing it inside the container. This often results in trash being scattered around the property by animals. Because the compactor door is frequently left open and garbage accumulates around the area, there is also a persistent fly problem. During warmer months, it is nearly impossible to leave a window or door open without flies quickly getting into your apartment. The property is dog-friendly, which is a great amenity, but unfortunately many pet owners do not clean up after their pets. Dog waste is often left around the grounds and common areas. The laundry room is another recurring issue. Dog hair and pet waste residue can frequently be found inside the washers and dryers, forcing residents to inspect and sanitize the machines before every use. Shared laundry facilities should be maintained at a much higher standard. In addition, the hallways sometimes smell strongly of wet dogs (especially during the rainy season), which makes the common areas less pleasant for residents and guests. Overall, this community has potential, but management needs to do a better job maintaining the property, addressing sanitation concerns, and enforcing community rules. With improved upkeep and better accountability, it could be a much more enjoyable place to live.
