It has been great I have truly enjoyed living at Harvard Terrace for the past three years. The staff have been outstanding—consistently responsive, understanding, and genuinely caring. John, Colin, and Chris (previously) are all wonderful people who have made this experience especially positive. The maintenance team has also been excellent, always addressing issues promptly and doing high-quality work.
Parking has become a bit more challenging recently as the number of cars has increased. While it is still manageable overall, it might be helpful to prioritize residents when assigning parking spaces, especially compared to those who may be renting spaces from outside the community.
The main concern I would like to share is related to noise. This is not a reflection of the management or staff, but rather a neighbor-related issue. The previous upstairs unit had a large household (2 adults and 3 children), and there is frequent loud noise, particularly early in the morning due to heavy footsteps and in the afternoon due to kids running. The staff were very responsive initially and even added an extra layer to the ceiling, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the building’s age, the improvement has been limited.
Perhaps clearer policies regarding occupancy or additional guidance on noise expectations could help address situations like this.
Overall, it has been a pleasure living here, and I truly consider Harvard Terrace a home. Thank you for the care and support you’ve provided throughout our time here.
