Weight and breed type restrictions apply. Animals 50 pounds and over are not permitted. There is a limit of two pets per unit. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 for one pet and $300.00 for two pets will be due at move-in. Failure to pick up your pet’s waste on the property may result in a fine not less than $25.00 per occurrence. Exotic pets, such as snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects, ferrets, spiders etc. will not be permitted.
