The apartment itself is decent, but the biggest issue is the amount of additional monthly fees layered on top of the advertised rent. Beyond base rent, there are recurring charges for things like trash, sewer, water allocations, administrative fees, and other add-ons that significantly increase the real monthly cost. What’s frustrating is that many of these fees are either flat or grouped and don’t clearly reflect actual usage, so even conservative tenants end up paying the same inflated amounts. By the time everything is added up, the total monthly payment is noticeably higher than what’s initially presented during leasing. Management should be more transparent upfront about the true all-in cost of living here so residents can make informed decisions. The property is livable, but the fee structure feels excessive and makes budgeting unnecessarily difficult. If you want a slightly sharper version (still professional, more pressure), say the word and I’ll tighten the language even more.
