For each caged pet living in the unit, we charge a $300.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $150.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. There is not monthly fee for Caged Pets Fish are excluded from the caged pet fees, but all tanks must be under 50 gallons.
