With all these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. Centennial Park believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We do not have any breed restrictions, nor weight restrictions, and our floor plans nicely accommodate pets of all sizes! All that we require is a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $30.00 a month in pet rent per pet. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies.

With all these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. Centennial Park believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We do not have any breed restrictions, nor weight restrictions, and our floor plans nicely accommodate pets of all sizes! All that we require is a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $30.00 a month in pet rent per pet.
