165 S. Oak Park Ave.

Oak Park Apartments receives praise for its convenient and central location, friendly and responsive staff, and overall quiet atmosphere. Most reviews highlight the ease of living in the community and the positive interactions with neighbors. Many residents appreciate the maintenance team's quick response time and the feeling of safety within the complex. However, some concerns are noted, particularly about the laundry facilities, with recurring issues of the washing machine being out of service. There's also feedback about package delivery problems, with packages being left in unsecured areas. Noise from outside sirens due to the busy street location is mentioned, though the interior of the building is generally quiet. These aspects are important for prospective renters to consider, particularly if they rely on in-building laundry facilities or frequently receive deliveries.
