I have enjoyed living here, I like my apartment and the fact that there's laundry in the building. The building is quite. They take pretty good care of the outside and insides of the building. They get to repairs right away and I like that! They have also start doing contest and giveaway's, which are fun!!

Living here so far has had many ups and downs. The neighborhood itself can be lovely but at the same scary due to creepy individuals lurking around, especially in the evening. The apartment can use some work, paint, doors, knobs, bathroom, radiators being bled out to make sure heat is being distributed properly. Besides laundry and being pet friendly, there are no other amenities. One think I do appreciate is the staff taking care of issues in a timely manner along with maintenance. Though I do feel at times they halfway a project or do not fix it properly just good enough to withhold. Another thing I wasn’t aware of is the annual increase of rent, I wish they would’ve been more transparent with that. I’ve seen many people go and come due to that issue, maybe if it was every other year or so things would be smoother. Residency is pretty ok here but could it be better? Absolutely.

I have lived here for 1.5 years. Location is great, the studio is comfortable and the maintenance is quick and efficient. I love that the apartment has plenty of natural light and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Close to public transportation.
