I enjoy it for the easy Highway access between two jobs. It’s a nice building, maintenance can be better.

Parking:
Parking lot was repaved and easily accessible. It's right next to a major roadway (Harlem), however, can be impossible to exit left towards I-290 at times.
Amenities and Maintenance: The amenities are bare bones. The air conditioner immediately required service and although excellent at cooling, it does not seem to be energy efficient based on my electric bill. Storage cages are located in the basement, however, I was not informed of their availability. When I learned of the storage it was full with someone else's belongings. I had to wait 3 weeks while they did an "investigation" to have access. While inquiring about the storage, I was poorly informed on how they are given to residents. I was informed they were specific to a corresponding apartment. The answer then changed to first come first serve.
The washer and dryer are also in the basement and require payment of $0.75+ for washer and $1.50+ for dryer. They break often and generally in mid cycle.
I was locked out of my apartment after hours and was told I would be charged and that a person would arrive in 15 minutes. In the time it took the person to arrive (after the 15 minutes had passed) I walked 2 miles to get some sushi. It took another 10 minutes for him to arrive. When he did arrive he did not have the correct keys. After another 45 minutes of waiting he arrives and gets us in the building but does not have any key that will open my apartment and determined we would have to force the door. The damage to the door has still not been fixed months later and after several requests. The door now only has a single deadbolt lock.
Value/Location/Noise
The apartment is basically a studio with a bedroom. It's located next to a major road that produces significant noise and a hospital that produces a lot of noise from sirens. Vehicles can be heard during all hours and can make an open window into a nuisance. It is close to Madison street which features many stores and restaurants.
