Great!

Everythings great, the people are very nice. Wish there was parking or at least a deal woth the lot next door.

Decent

Pretty bare bones amenities and the dryers and west side elevator are frequently broken, but the unit itself is great and you can't beat the location. Rent is expensive as heck but you pay for the location. There's exactly one pleasant employee (she works nights), management never responds or follows up on anything though unless it's to try to get more money. Basically if you want mostly benign neglect, to just chill in your apartment, occasionally chill on the roof, and be in a good location this place is for you.

The Patricians - Lincoln Park

The Patricians is a wonderful apartment building in Lincoln Park at the corner of Clark and Fullerton. You cannot beat the location - less than a 10 minute walk to the Lake Front and close proximity to the zoo, nature museum and free parking surrounding the area. The units are spacious and have a lot of character. The building has a beautiful rooftop view with grills, kitchen island and deck chairs. The only downside to the building is the outdated laundry machine, elevator and front desk staffing not being as willing to help when they can't find a package, a washing machine is broken, the elevator is shut down etc.
