Additionally, we have a dog deck, plus there's an open leash dog park across the street, and a great vet just two blocks west!. Breed Restriction Apply. Our residences are pet friendly with a two (2) pet maximum per unit. There is a $450 fee per dog and a $275 fee per cat. There is not a weight limit for dogs, and breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, any sub-breed of the foregoing and any breed that relates to security or guard dogs. We have an outdoor dog deck, fully-equipped dog spa, an open leash dog park across the street, and a great veterinarian just two blocks west.
