Generally the apartment is located in a great neighborhood and free street parking is almost always available! The building itself is okay, you can definitely tell it’s a little older. I wish the management company would have repainted before leasing it out, and maybe ensured that the bathroom was ready to be used. We couldn’t use the shower for a week because the drain was so clogged and the company wasn’t responding to our requests in a timely manner. The kitchen is great and the enclosed back porch is an awesome amenity, however the whole place could use an update. Especially the front entrance door (there is a buzzer but you can’t actually let anyone in via the intercom, so it’s kind of useless). The stairs aren’t really maintained in terms of cleanliness and neatness and you have to call Maintenance to do that. The maintenance guy, once they dispatch him, is great! He gets everything done quickly and efficiently, and comes back to clean up any extras just like he says he will. The place has a lot of potential, but I wish they took better care of the property.
