Lived here for 8 years, stable building and management, constant maintenance and periodic upgrades. Building not very sound proof internally. Management not always responsive, but workable.

The location is the best part of the apartment. But in the apartment theres not good airflow, the sinks do not drain properly, the laundry machines are expensive and ruin my clothes.
