Preface this by saying Francisco is great and always prompt to respond. The front door maglock seems to be a constant problem. I’ve complained about it numerous times. It is working now but it is not “fixed”, the lever is basically just banging there-the door does lock so I haven’t complained about it lately but the plate screws seem to be constsntly loose and barely long enough to catch the door, the cylinder is thicker than the door by almost a 1/4” so you can actually see the cylinder threads on the outside of the door. We are on the 2nd fl and there is zero water pressure. There are days when the shower diverter won’t even stay in position when trying to run the shower. You literally have to hold it in place until water starts coming out of the showerhead. There also appears to be a perpetual drain problem in rhis buildimg-I dont know if it’s a venting issue or not but every couple of months the shower stops draining and I suction so much dirt and debris out of the shower drain its ridiculous. I did notice the last time I was down by the washing machines, there was alot of the same dirt and debris that I suction out of our shower drain which leads me to believe this is a building-wide issue. Also, you should do a much better job of vetting the contractors you use arouund the building. They replaced the back door/wall off of rhe alley with a new iron gate and fence but they didn’t appear to own a broom or enough pride to clean up after themselves. Same with the people that pressure washed the back stairs-all of the dirt and garbage ended up pooled around the drain at the bottom of the stairwell.

Not happy with the &ront door lock situation. Francisco is great but you really need to hire alicensed locksmith to fix the front foor. The lever is very loose again and the maglock is barelt catching the striker.
