2056-2060 N Cleveland Ave

I have lived here for 3 months now and I very much like it, only inconveniences are lack of original clarity on which dumpsters to use and the time it takes to get there, and the residents of 2058-4 can be VERY noisy at very odd hours (has woken me up multiple times), and the lack of notice on recent sidewalk construction wasn't ideal, but I assume that can't be helped. Otherwise, it's been great!! Oh, but there's also an issue with our washer/dryer where I suppose it wasn't properly installed, as it rattles the closet doors and leaves them unable to be fully closed.

I love the apartment and location! Maintenance is generally good too. In terms of what could be improved, I would really like to see more involvement from building management - for example, we didn't know when we signed that they'd be building a restaurant below (and all the construction/impacts to our units associated with this).

I once enjoyed living here but in the last year the construction below has made for a miserable experience. Constant construction noise (this project has been extended almost a year longer than the original date). The entryway is dusty now and trash around the property left from the construction workers. There have been a lot of maintenance issues as a result that have been a huge inconvenience. The property company has been slow to respond and an "oh well" approach when it comes to the issues. They now have the nerve to raise the rent after all this.
