Lived here for 4 years, first in a one bedroom for a year then moved to a two bedroom. Management has changed throughout our time, but has been responsive and easy to get ahold of. I want to shout out Lishelle the property manager for answering all of our emails and getting our complaints addressed timely. She has gotten our windows replaced when the seal and lifting mechanisms broken, helped address heavy doors, and all of our general maintenance requests quickly and followed up on them as well. The location speaks for itself and the guaranteed parking in Pilsen is amazing. The lofts are pretty and the large windows let in a ton of light especially if you're in a south facing apartment which is nice for plant lovers. The main downside is the noise from the gym below and from neighbors. The walls are thin so you can hear full conversations at normal speaking volume or music from other apartments sometimes which is no one's fault other than the construction of the walls. We lived above the speed bag and with the way it is attached to the frame work, it rattled constantly loudly throughout our apartment. The gym operates 6am-9pm weekdays so this can get pretty rough sometimes especially if you're working from home or trying to watch a movie or show. The dead lift area also shakes the apartment if they're dropping the weights and that can make some small pieces of brick fall off the wall sometimes. There used to be a problem with noise from the gym late at night after hours (like 2-3am), but I will say that building management handled that and haven't had a problem since then. The gym owner, Letty, is a good person too and I would highly suggest getting a membership if you live in the apartments as she is always improving the gym. We're really only moving because of the steady raises in rent and our desire to own our place.
