Current Resident

While some of the newer reviews sound positive, many long-term residents—including myself—have dealt with ongoing issues that don’t seem to get resolved. In some cases, those glowing reviews were influenced by move-in perks and don’t reflect the real, long-term experience here. Personally, things have gone downhill under the current management.
One of the biggest problems I’ve had is the lack of communication and transparency. I’ve reached out multiple times about errors on my rent statement and an unauthorized entry into my apartment by maintenance—but I haven’t heard back. After leaving this review, I’m sure I’ll get a generic response saying they didn’t receive my previous messages, which is why I’ve kept a record of my communication attempts.
The issue of unauthorized access is especially concerning. While I haven’t had problems with the current maintenance team, there were past incidents where former staff entered units without warning—and in several cases, personal items were stolen. Police reports were filed for these events. Management says they send out notices for inspections, but they are often sent after the fact. These delayed notices typically don’t include the date they were sent, making it difficult to hold the office accountable for following proper protocol.
There are also some misleading things on the website. For example, it still lists “package acceptance” as an amenity, even though we’ve been told by email that this is no longer offered. Like many others, I’ve had packages go missing because the leasing office refuses them. Plus, new fees (like for covered parking) were added without warning and weren’t in my original lease. All of this feels shady, especially since Greystar—the management company—is facing a federal lawsuit for deceptive advertising and hidden fees.
