????? I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment communities you’ll ever find! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The grounds are always kept clean, and it truly feels like a place you want to call home!! The staff here is incredible, extremely knowledgeable, genuine, professional, and always ready to help. My agents in particular, Myasia, Charmel, and Clarice, went above and beyond for me. They are not only beautiful inside and out, but also caring, supportive, and truly root for you every step of the way. They get the job done, and they do it with excellence. If you’re looking for a new place to live, this is it. Amazing, amazing, amazing experience!

I don’t take to writing reviews often, but after what my wife and I have experienced at this property, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others and call out what I can only describe as blatant disrespect, retaliation, and incompetence from management—particularly the property manager. Let me start from the beginning. On move-in day, we were told we couldn’t smoke on our porch. Fine—I had no issue respecting the rules. But what I did expect in return was a clean, move-in-ready apartment. What we walked into was anything but: dust, no sparkle clean, obvious missed touch-ups, and just overall lack of care. We brought it up—crickets. Not a single thing was resolved. I later spoke with the manager over the phone—not yelling, not hostile—but I was met with attitude, defensiveness, and a complete lack of professionalism. She was arguing with me—a resident, a customer—about problems I didn’t create. So I came to the office to speak face-to-face. She had a courtesy officer sitting in there (for what reason, I don’t know), and even though I remained calm and respectful, she claimed she didn’t “feel safe.” That statement was beyond offensive, especially as a Black man moving into a new home. I’m in a glass office with multiple people, and you’re trying to spin the narrative that I’m a threat? That wasn’t fear—that was manipulation when I went to go see a resolution or some type comfort from Charmelle regional . On why it takes so long for us to get a response and why are others issues issues issues being handled immediately. She told me I need to mind my business about how to handle resident affairs. I never been spoken to in such a way.
